1. I’ve worked in Information Technology for 25 years and this started to become more common but now it is rampant. I.T. is one of the increasingly fewer opportunities for U.S. citizens to provide a middle class life for their families. We should be encouraging domestic hiring via policy. IMO offshore wages should be U.S. taxed completely at the highest marginal rate with those tax proceeds to social programs in the U.S.
