Q:
They pallets with twigs seem to be very common. One road had one every few hundred meters. But not at always good lookout positions. What is their function?

Hypothesis:
I assume there's maybe a legal loophole reason to have the pallet type hideouts? Considering they seem very dysfunctional compared to better hideouts present. With roofs, glass and proper vantage points.

Location:
I'm in the french part. Near martelange (Luxemburg border)

  3. Volgens mij gebruikt bij drijfjacht. Aan de weg kan je alle wild goed zien lopen en omdat je verhoogd staat schiet je in de grond bij een misser/als het schot door het wild gaat.

    Daarom staan ze ook zo regelmatig opgesteld. Elk kotje heeft een schutter en daarmee creëer je een hele lijn waar wild niet door kan zonder beschoten te worden.
