   Voices in media keep taking Trump serious and giving him airtime for the crazy stuff he says and thereby playing right into his Josef Goebbelsesque hands.

   By overflowing the public discourse with Trumps copious rhetorical retchings, you’re helping Trump anesthetize the electorate’s psyche. Trump’s hope is that our brains will be so turned to mush, and our souls so beaten into despair that when he gets around to what he really intends to do there won’t be any pushback.

   When he says outrageous things – like this – it’s just his pusillanimous soul choosing to wage psychological warfare against the American people, just so he can slip in his real agenda because he knows he wouldn’t be able to get away with those things if the people were not already politically exhausted.

   In essence, he is immunizing his incoming administration against democracy, by way of a firestorm of propaganda
