  1. Turkish Cypriots can get an RoC passport as far as I know, so no idea what you are on about.

Unless your aim is to provoke, in which case good old Turkish external policy of “what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine”

Edit: well today I learned that a decade long wait time for citizenship for no good reason is another thing to add to a list of shame to our governance system. For the TCs that deserve their citizenship keep fighting for it, as GCs should keep fighting for their return to their ancestral villages.

  2. I have literally seen dozens of TCs getting their RoC passports at Lefkosia central migration office as I was getting my new 10yr one, just a few weeks ago, there even were special windows and employees who helped TCs and spoke Turkish

  3. I was under the impression that it was doable as long as both parents were born in Cyprus or were eligible for citizenship. I’ve met a few TCs in London that got their citizenship fairly easily.

  4. I often find it funny that still people don’t realize, the way both sides “leaders” have been trying to “solve” the problem gave so many red flags that both parts want status quote in reality. Play victim Infront of their people to dismiss the ultimate cause for short term political “victories”
