Posting the images, the royal mother-of-two commented, ‘Best day ever marrying you…happy sixth anniversary my love.’

On their wedding day, Eugenie wore a stunning dress by Peter Pilotto and carried a simple bouquet of white buds and blue thistles as well as wearing the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara on loan from her grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II. The wedding reception was later held at Royal Lodge.

A final image shared by Eugenie shows the Princess alongside her husband Jack as they walk with their children through a garden. The photograph shows a little August strolling alongside Eugenie, whilst Ernest totters along next to Jack.

Since their happy day at St George’s Chapel, the royal couple have gone from strength to strength; welcoming two sons: August and Ernest and have moved part-time to Portugal.

The celebration comes amidst a happy time for the York family, with Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice recently announcing she is expecting her second child with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The news was shared by Buckingham Palace, with the Duke and Duchess of York’s eldest daughter expecting the new addition in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie, aged eight, and Sienna, aged three.

His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.
