This is the latest in a series of op-eds by longtime Corbyn adviser, Communist and literal tankie(he was one of the original ‘tankies’ that supported the Soviet Union during the Cold War) Andrew Murray, a man who is legally banned from entering Ukraine because he’s regarded as too much of a security risk due to his links to Russian propaganda campaigns.
The piece should give you a glimpse into the insanity that has taken hold of the Corbyn cult and a broader section of the British Left. Nowhere in this long article does the author actually address the actual war in Ukraine and the invasion and bombing by Russian forces. All of it is a long rant blaming Starmer, Blair, NATO, the UK and the USA.
Fuck, in the second half Murray even rakes up old Soviet-era grievances and spends paragraphs complaining about Henry Kissinger and how the last 60 years of US foreign policy has been against Russia!
I dislike Boris, but I’m glad he’s the PM and not Corbyn now.
