It’s very odd that Starmers using this slogan.. it was used by Wilson as part of Labours election campaign in the early ‘60s. Given that New Labour have generally done all they can to distance themselves from Wilsons labour it seems pretty odd to be reusing their slogans – not to mention its relevance then doesn’t really apply to Britain today..
Back to the seventies it is then!
