To be fair, designing a house that’ll conveniently fit in your pocket isn’t easy so of course it can’t come cheap.
The ONLY people buying this shit are landlords and foreign investors. Our housing market is being fucked on purpose.
And likely to be used as an AirBnB. This is really pushing what is acceptable and it’s not even that. I rather pay more to use a hotel then a microflat that is cramped as hell.
