London’s smallest microflat sells for 80% above asking price

  1. Course it did, it was in the news. The new owner will probably AirBnB it as some sort of experience. “Stay in the city’s smallest flat!” – like how those sleeping pods have become a tourist attraction in Tokyo. Idiots will stay there because it’s a record and a novelty.

  2. Shit headline, minimum price it auction isn’t really the asking price.

Down 13% on May 2017? Publicity doesn’t seem to have done much for it.

  3. And likely to be used as an AirBnB. This is really pushing what is acceptable and it’s not even that. I rather pay more to use a hotel then a microflat that is cramped as hell.
