Here,I got stung on the nipple outside Barry’s in Douglas, can I sue them… ya,it sucks to have a kid stung by wasps but that’s fucking life in the wild durning the summer time.
Delighted Dublin Zoo didn’t settle on this.
Hope legal costs are awarded to Dublin Zoo
Ireland in general is bad for suing.
Oktoberfest in Dublin literally said on Facebook back in 2018/19 that they’re not returning because Irish people keeping suing them for stupid shit like falling over or getting alcohol poisoning. The Germans said Irish people have this “claim culture” and it’s been a thing for decades.
No wasps but plenty of parasites apparently

Obviously not nice for the toddler to get stung but it happens every summer .I doubt there is anyone here who hasn’t got stung at some stage.
But I’m absolutely delighted the case was dismissed and be even better if the costs are awarded to the Zoo.
It was a money grap by the parents, simple as that.Its shameful to use a kid to get handy cash.
Some people don’t seem to be able to grasp that something unfortunate happening to you doesn’t mean someone else is at fault.
They’re can’t keep getting away with this!!
Oh my friend was also stung by a bee or wasp in Dublin Zoo. I took her to first aid station, they checked her and we carried on with our day. No big deal and no suing.
