Struthers stuns Poland with a 4th quarter surge

POLAND, Ohio (WKBN) – Struthers posted its third win of the year by coming away with a 43-39 victory over Poland.

The Wildcats outscored the Bulldogs, 15-6, in the final quarter.

Katelyn Kimble led Struthers with 13 points. Ava Croyle and Bella Sahli each added 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Struthers (3-8) will play at Girard on Monday.

The Bulldogs were handed their first loss in seven games.

Lucy Harrell paced Poland with 12 points while Cassie Blanch scored 10.

Poland (7-4) will travel to Lakeview on Monday.
