The housing market has only had 4 crashes in our history. 1837…..1873……the Great Depression 1929-1939 and the only one I’ve seen 2008
I got a house that was a fixer up right before it got crazy. Still had 25 other bids on it. I got it because I could close the soonest. I thought it was crazy overvalued but went for it anyways. I still feel if I had passed on it I would never have been able to get one. I have some kind of survivors syndrome since a bunch of my other friends were not able to get in. It still blows my mind that it is valued 100k more than when we got it.
