

So here is story, I bought a pair of shoes from online market elevatorshoes. After 15days waiting finally I got the product and there goes my disappointed. It was completely unwearable and ugly. Doesn’t look like the same they offered online. So, I asked for return. They have return option and clearly mentioned on the website. Now I am contacting them to return the product and to get refund. But instead they are offering me discounts. After so many emails, they are saying that return is not possible because they are changing their address. So what should I do? I am a student. This is an expensive shoe for me. Should I go for legal procedure? Will that help?

You don’t think that hiring a layer is expensive?
Tell them that you want to return the shoes no matter what. They are required by law to take them back. This is a common tactic to bully you into keeping the product.
Also if they keep insisting/offering instead of completing the return for you you should definitely threaten legal action. Often times that does more than actually getting a lawyer involved.
How did you pay? Easiest thing to do is claw the money back. Such as Direct Debit chargeback or disputing the credit card charge.
It’s a Chinese Fake Store who looks like it’s based in Germany so your chances are like Zero.

Of course. But what for? You are doing business with a Chinese company here, do you want to sue in China? And for what? EU law doesn’t apply there. Come on.
Can‘t you read? You are only one message away from returning your product. Just write that you wanna return it that’s all why would you hire a lawyer for that?
No lawyer is going to help you!
They are not going to Care whatever you do. Just cut your losses. Even If you sue it will go nowhere, they will ghost you and your legal team. You will pay for the legal stuff and get nothing in return
