Spinnmilben. Ich hab die erfolgreich mit spruzit AF schädlingsfrei von Neudorff bei meiner Chinesische Feige bekämpft. Kannst mal im Gartenmarkt nachfragen
Sieht aus wie Spinnmilben und Thripse gleichzeitig. Würde die erstmal großzügig abduschen und dann entsprechende Nützlinge einsetzen, die wirken am besten meiner Erfahrung nach.

Lizetan Plus helped. You just put the tablets into the soil and wait. In the meantime washing the leaves with water and spray them from time to time with water helps, too.
