If the roles were reversed, 50 to 80 percent of the column would have been destroyed before reaching the first Ukrainian position, with the remainder retreating.
to Moscow:-)
Now if they can replicate this every time……now that would be amazing.
I know that the Russians have plenty of the fibre optic type, but clearly not enough/there are disadvantages to the type, but if we can rule out a whole type of drone as a threat, that would be incredible.
Good shit
There are more footage of Russian drones getting jammed before reaching the target from today. What I wonder is who published the footage? Did Ukraine pick up the drones and publish it? Hard to see why Russia would publish footage of their drones not reaching the targets.
I’ve always wondered why it was so hard to combat analog drone feeds they only really have limited and specific channels/frequencies like you can’t even fly basic DJI drones near an analog drone pilot cause it will stomp their transmissions out hence you don’t see dji drones competing in any races and analog pilots have to be on set channels.
Maybe jamming the goggles receiver is easier than jamming the drone transmission or something.
Per Russian sources UAF covered their todays offensive with some kind of powerful jammers
Seems to be very well prepared by Ukraine. EW works very good and looking at the other footage neither airforce nor artillery of the Russians seem to have an idea about where to target.
