I am 30(F) and hate carrying heavy grocery bags.

  1. It would be a bit odd to carry it around, as it has wheels. Gives granny wibes, but if you are okay with that just go for it.

  2. Things I love about Finland #178: Literally no one cares about what others wear or carry around

  3. Wait so that is what that is for.

I inherited one, but without the bag and I broke it instantly trying to move some stone blocks.

  4. In my mind they’re a little grandma’ey, but if it makes your life easier why would you care what people you don’t know think?

  5. You’ll be giving lots of grandma vibes, but that’s about it.

  6. The best part about turning 30 is that you stop giving a fuck anymore about what people think. Get your grocieries wheeled home girl! Youre fabulous!

  7. maybe but most likely you won’t hear anyone talking about it out loud, that would be rude. silently judging you is more polite

  8. No one will bat an eye. Just be confident about it and don’t convey the “sorry for existing” kinda vibe, that’s the trick. I actually was where you are and I used a hand suitcase w/ wheels once.😅 I am now convinced that looked weirder than any shopping bag.

  9. If you fill it with imported alcohol, then no. It’s a national pride for a Finn.

  10. Yes, your shopping reputation will be absolutely crushed by the strangers you will never see again

  11. Some will judge you, some won’t. At the end of the day, you are not breaking any law here. I recommend the generic mind set: Not a single fuck was given.

Its you who’s being practical and sensible here — not your loss if somebody else isn’t.

  12. Who cares? Will it make your life more comfortable? Then buy the thing.

  13. Decorate it with cool pins etc. so you will be a trendsetter.

  14. No if decorate it with cool pins etc. so you will be a trendsetter. In a few months people will start to imitate you.

  16. Buy it, customise it will some radness, boom! Resell your creations for zillions

  18. Well, if there are body parts sticking out, then you will definitely be judged!

  19. Maybe you will but not in a bad way. As someone mentioned that when you turn 30 you just don’t care anymore how something looks but you care how it feels and is it comfortable. You can get one from K-market which is made from reflective and bright colored materials.

  20. The people I know call those things “grandma wagons”, so if I see one being used by a young person I (1) won’t consciously notice it because I’m minding my own business, or (2) if I notice it I might think, “they are probably helping their grandma with the shopping, how nice of them”, or (3) if it’s quite certain that there aren’t any grandmas involved I’ll assume that they have another good reason for using one and that’s none of my business anyway. So no, nobody should care unless you happen to drive over their feet with it.

  21. This is one of the best invemtions for single living female! Makes grocery shopping so much easier!!!

  22. No, will never be. Is a useful tool for carrying groceries. Common here in Lahti.

  23. One of my friends used to have one of these and she said that she got a few comments from people when she was younger. But she kind of stuck out anyway, because of her looks and her style, so people tended to comment on her anyway…

  24. Been meaning to get one myself actually, also 30yo, i do not care what anybody says, my back hurts

  25. I wouldn’t judge you. Carrying heavy shopping bags isn’t fun.

  26. No, no one cares. I’ve been using those for years, ever since I moved out at 18 and had no longer had help carrying grocery bags 🤷‍♀️ never cared

  27. Me and my partner moved near a big shopping mall.
Since then we bought 2 of these, and use them every week.

We have yet to notice anyone who cares, and have yet to care if anyone noticed.

  28. Actually I just bought one of these about a month ago to make my shopping trips easier. And to answer your question, I don’t believe anyone would judge you, and if they would who cares. I am 29 year old male with this granny cart, btw.

  29. I’m 27 and I happily use this thing weekly for my shopping trips 😊 why carry stuff when you can wheel it? Plus you can bedazzle it with cute keychains!

And I never had anyone point it out, in fact I think I get looks of jealousy from older people. They want one too!

  30. Im 27 and ive been using thoose for the last 5 years. Go for it! Dont let people stop you

  31. 35(M) – Dad of two toddlers. I always bring it with me on every visit to Prisma or K-Citymarket. I simply don’t care, and it makes life easier when you don’t take the car for groceries.

  32. Yes, we will judge you to be a practically thinking person. People will respect that!

  33. In Swedish those things are known as “Dramaten”, which is a wordplay of “Dra maten” -> “Pull the food”. *Dramaten* also happens to be the nickname for the [Royal Drama Theatre](https://www.dramaten.se/en) in Stockholm.

  34. I live in Sweden and am 25f and I have one. A big bright pink one and I carry it around. It is so worth it, I can get all my groceries or shopping bags home without hassle. I can go to systembolaget and actually buy for a party and carry it all home. Just buy one and thank yourself for caring about your body instead of someone elses opinion.

  35. Just bought one, cannot believe I put what people think above my back pain… IN FINLAND, where no one cares.

  36. I’m 32f and I’m considering buying one lmao
