Shouldn’t be the birthrate considered for this statement? Because lets say the birthrate in europe would be 0, the chances of being born in europe is also 0.
The current percentage is even lower since the ratio babies born inside/outside EU is lower than the population inside/outside EU. (That’s 3% chance in 2022)
