  1. More on this here:

    >Ukraine’s ambassador to the UK has told MPs that 100,000 of his citizens could come to Britain to escape the Russian war machine and said he would be “happy” if visa requirements for Ukrainians were lifted.

    >Vadym Prystaiko also said he planned to ask Priti Patel why Ukrainian citizens on work and student visas were not allowed to invite their family members to join them in the UK. …

  2. To be fair, Priti Patel might not understand her “not racist”, popular hard right stance on refugees is not supposed to be applied to white refugees.

  3. I’m watching Sky News and a few minutes ago there was a report made from outside somewhere in Poland that was issuing visas.

I wasn’t aware that it was a contractor doing the issuing and checking but the most galling thing of all, the application needs to be submitted in English. There are probably thousands who are not fluent enough in English to fill any application out. I’m appalled by the stupidity of the dumb fucks in government. One other thing I saw an interview with the ambassador and I couldn’t believe that we as a country have done next to nothing to help people that are in trouble. All the talk of the people in the UK are behind them but all the government talk is bullshit.

    Ukraine will be victorious.

  4. You get rid of those 95 Russian elites you’ve been hiding over there under Boris’s bed?

How much more money do you think he can extract from them for the renovations of his house before he cuts them loose?

  5. Those designing and implementing in the UK these visa decisions currently excluding or delaying refugees without due cause had better be sure of their information and processing. Reciprocity is a fearsome weapon. Memories can be long. Britons don’t rule the world anymore. Many in office and rotating the wheels of UK policy do not seem to have realised.
