Exactly. Practically every man in these jurisdictions now has unlimited and authorized power and control over any woman or girl capable of conceiving. Even if he gets a slap on the wrist… she’s still going to be bearing his child. Any stalker, creep, psychopath now gets to unilaterally choose the mother of his child with these “pro life” laws.
Unless rapist is a person of color, right? Killing POC baby would be racism, I hope you understand.
I admit I became pretty paranoid about this situation in 2023 and decided to get my tubes removed at the age of 23. A lot of my friends said I was being dramatic, but now they’re all making the same appointments. It’s extremely concerning
If someone rapes a woman and she has no say in the abortion choice – then the rapist is given more control over the woman’s body than the woman.
That’s how it was explained to me.
I guess one solution is all women get a free gun and free training. The NRA would love that right? /s
