  1. Absolutely..a victim .young underaged or of any age should be permitted to have an abortion with proper medical aid and every assistance required under such circumstances. Immediate attention for her mental emotional state.This trauma has been forced upon her by the abuser..why should she bear the consequences? For..centuries children and women have suffered the deviant obsessions in many men to force themselves for their sexual gratification then run away. Vague laws in operation in different countries need to come under one umbrella ..make it Universal to protect the victim instead of the other way round. Little has been done to change that mindset which needs to be addressed publicly..and this must change.
