Is that really all? Only 1'800 CHF for "old folks" born abroad (1st row)?

Wichtig: Bei allen Gebühren kommen weitere Ausgaben für die Beschaffung diverser Dokumente hinzu.

How much might that be, roughly? I'm from Germany. A few hundred?

  1. Sounds right. The cost is not high. The process is fairly robust and takes time.

    That sounds about right. 

  4. it has gotten quite cheap, back in the 80’s it wasn’t uncommon to cough up 20k for a family of 4
