It looks as if the address you should use is:
AXA Versicherung AG
51171 Köln
It’s unhelpfully worded here, but there are two addresses: one is the actual physical address where the head office is, and the other is a special postal code just for the company.
That is, any post for 51171 Köln just automatically goes into one mailbag that is driven over to the company. Something like that.
