Months after signing a trade deal with Israel and with a handful of illegal invasions under our own belt in the last few decades, this looks like a bit of a hypocritical gesture from a UK perspective.
Especially given the fact our government has accepted donations from a number of Russian oligarchs during the election cycle. Incidentally, at the same time as accepting Russian money they used the national news broadcaster to picture *the opposition* left wing politician in a Russian hat with a Kremlin backdrop.
It’s increasingly hard to view these actions with any integrity behind them.
A timely decision that gave them no time to move their assets. /s
After waiting for two weeks to untangle their mutual web of corruption also completely infecting Westminster.
So. Fucking. Slow.
Support. They should sanction the hell out of politicians, they are solely responsible for the whole situation, not the average Russian folk
UK living rent free in r/Europe’s heads
I’m with Ukraine, but seriously, we both know that the UK won’t be doing much against Russian money that roams in London and come on, UK having any face to sanction anyone for illegal invasions? Lmao.
