The longer I look at it, the less sense I can make of it
I was arguing recently that guys and lads are gender neutral and someone asked me “How many lads have you slept with?”
To show how amazing the women in my work place are – the company gave them all the day off. Operations were not effected in the slightest. Meanwhile, we have some lads in the backend of the company who have to book holidays months in advance because even a day or two without them is a costly loss to the team that the company has to try and nullify. So got a bit of a laugh out of that as it definitely wasn’t the message the company wanted to put forward, but fair play to the ladies all the same.
I knew a woman once. But she died soon after.
I honestly don’t understand.
