Hello! We’d like to install an induction (or perhaps an electric) stove + oven in the kitchen of our new apartment but before purchasing online our models of preference and hiring the montage system, I wanted to know if the installation in our kitchen is good enough. I have no idea about phases or anything at all concerning this topic. Maybe it is important to add that we will also have our washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.
P.S. How much distance is ok to have between the oven/stove outlet and the actual machine?

looks like the yellow framed thing is the oven hookup, it’s just missing the proper cover
the hole in the wall with wires in it is just a junction, it should also be covered up
talk to your landlord!
It looks like a 3-phases connection:
>
N (Neutralleiter) → Farbe Blau
PE (Schutzleiter) → Farbe Grün-Gelb
L3 (Phase 3) → Farbe Schwarz
L2 (Phase 2) → Farbe Braun
L1 (Phase 1) → Farbe Schwarz
Can you add a picture of your fuse box? It should have labels on the breaker switches.
edit: distance is really not a concern as long as you keep it under a few dozen meters and the cable is durable.
This is a Starkstromanschluss (heavy duty electricity). It’s for your oven, but if you even have to ask the question, don’t touch it and definitely don’t let it get wet.
It should be covered up so you should tell your landlord.

The Yellow connector box is a “Herdanschlussdose” there is 230Volt/400Volt 16A High power wirering connected. It looks a lot like the open hole left to it was the place where it first was installed and for remodeling the kitchen it was put 20cm to the right. the connectors in the hole are Wago connectors, those are used like Wirenuts to connect wires or terminate open ends.
To connect your electrical stove you need an electrician. Don’t make this a DIY project you can damage the Electric stove or get hurt /die.
The one thing you need to do now is go to your fuse box and switch off the 3 fuses labeld “Herd”.
The open hole with the Wago connectors can be closed with a “[Federdeckel](https://toom.de/p/dosendeckel-68-mm-fuer-schalterdose-60-mm-weiss/9055651)”
Hey OP! You should really consider asking an electrician to come and install it – it‘s not expensive at all and it mitigates the risk of a fire in the future
Do I see this right? Is there a green/yellow and a brown wire in one connector in picture two? If it is, you should ask an electrician before doing anything. Either the wiring is messed up or a phase has been grounded on purpose. Must be checked before use.
Distance for the oven is no issue if the cabling is done properly. Had it in the other side of the kitchen.
