I recently moved into an apartment and am trying to set up my internet. I have a Vodafone router and a coaxial cable that came with it. However, I noticed the coaxial cable doesn’t fit securely into the wall socket—it feels loose(In 2nd Picture), and I can’t get it to stay in place.
After some research, I realized I might need an adapter. I bought a coax adapter set (Hama Coax Set, 5-7mm) to help with the connection.
I’m unsure which port to use and how to properly attach the adapter and coax cable. I’ve tried different combinations but still can’t figure it out.
If anyone has experience with setting up internet in Germany or connecting coaxial cables with adapters, could you guide me step-by-step? A picture or video would be even more helpful!
