   > At Prime Minister’s Questions Keir Starmer, who had a private meeting with victims this morning, accused Ms Badenoch of “jumping on a bandwagon” – as she had failed to raise the issue in the Commons during her 8 years as an MP.

   A shame she didn’t feel passionate about preventing child abuse when she was in the government.

2. Her only interest is shitstirring and trying to grab power. Pretty much the playbook of Boffo, The Lettuce Queen and others, they simply want power because they want power and the future backhanders which come as a result.

3. Which is proof, if any was needed, that she doesn’t actually care and is just using this for points scoring.

4. How the Tories put her as leader I do not know, if she continues as leader of the Tories, Starmer doesn’t need to do anything to push back against the Tories, she will walk straight into shit creek herself without any help.

8. Honestly it makes me genuinely fucking sick to my stomach how all these people larp and feign interest in issues like this, while it could not be more clear that they are using as a vehicle for their own point-scoring agenda.

   And then the moment anyone *actually doing the hard work of trying to help people affected by these horrific crimes and injustices* these same people have the ***fucking cheek*** to turn around and act like anyone who isn’t parroting their bullshit is somehow either involved in the conspiracy, involved in the coverup, or like idk covering the pedos or some bollocks because they love Muslims or some equally absolutely fucking braindead take.

   And somehow, *despite this being blatantly obvious and clear to anyone with more than two braincells*, somehow the narrative drags on year after year, getting into a multi-decade stretch now.

   How do you even combat this? When people who *claim* to care so much… Actually don’t and are being genuinely disgustingly cynical, to a point of borderline psychopathy, in hijacking these sorts of issues for their own ends.

   I’m going to have to mince my words a bit because I don’t want another ban but I would 100% use whatever force was legally available to me to teach these people a lesson. And that lesson is fucking **LONG** overdue. At this point I genuinely just can’t see anything else that is going to work. They’re like spoilt schoolyard bullies, its the only thing that they’re going to listen to or take notice of.

   It’s quite sad that is how she thinks. She doesn’t care about victims, this is just more culture wars and dog whistling

10. Be fair, if she met any survivors it might force her to reassess her dogma and deal with the real world. Can’t have that in a Conservative leader.

11. Oddly quiet on this threat for the people who insist that the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill should be killed (that’s literally on the Tory amendment) and a new national inquiry is needed instead of delivering the actions suggested by the Jay inquiry.

12. Wealthy parents who came to the UK just to give birth to her so she’d get a passport before that loophole closed. Entirely raised and educated overseas and came back to the UK as an adult. What a surprise she feels no affinity at all with the British working class.
