  18. Things like “No basis”, or “Against the rules” very clearly don’t matter in America, when you’re rich. Donald Trump bought Aileen Cannon with her appointment. There’s nothing else at play… She’s doing what she was hired for.

Federalist Society picks are picked up out of school for ideological reasons, are intentionally given career connections by other members to “build their resume”, and then are included on approved lists for judicial appointments while they are young. By the time we get to Judge Cannon, brazenness has been far more prioritized than expertise, everyone of these stooges is both ideologically driven and hardly qualified.

  35. So her basis for this ruling has no basis but is based on her past rulings that had no basis so that makes this ok because of case precident of ruling with no basis. Seems like solid legal basis.
