You can see a couple guys really close to the flames running away before it spreads. I’d be very surprised if they survived with how quickly that grew in size.

They are in the process of pulling back as they anticipate more explosions and it growing. And they lack what is needed to fight something this size effectively. Hopefully the finished outcome is much destruction.
Edit: I just viewed a different video and several of the tanks are on fire and it is completely out of control. There were some fireman crazy close to the fire and I am not certain they survived as the fire is huge and constantly flaring in big waves of flames.
