As for the comment, its relating to that, if you have a special “care package” for drunks (Renta alkoholowa is another word for “care package for complete work incapability due to alcohol abuse”) there should also be a care package for fat people, since if the former want to just lie and drink, the latter should be able to just lie and pig out.
The name is somewhere between a biiig mental shortcut and tongue-in-cheek. “Renta” is the Polish term for pension paid to either retirees or disabled. In this case, it refers to a disability pension being paid out when the recipient self-inflicted said disability through the effects of long term alcohol abuse. The term is inherently critical.

In general alkohol abuse is defined as a type of sickness. As Renta is for sick people, you may get it when you are alcoholic and don’t work getting minimum wage-ish. It’s a super small amount, less than 500$ before tax, but believe me, some people will survive and keep up with their problem.
So in general this meme says, if alcoholics are getting money for their sickness, if I’m having eating disorder I should get same and lay down and eat instead of working.
