1. I would say its a drone.

   But there is Miradouro da Vitória that has a nearly similar view

4. The angle and height suggests a drone but you can climb Clerigo’s Tower and have a similar view

5. This is way too high for any building in Porto, but I’d recommend taking pictures of the city from the bridge
