3. Yes, so renewable generation grew with a “staggering” 3.5%.

   Meanwhile, total generation has fallen double digits in recent yrs and fell again 4% due to deindustrualization in the face of europe’s most expensive power.

   So “share of renewables in generation” went up a lot primarily due to the denominator. So now german power is only 8x as dirty as french!
