The artists that will participate in the auditions round of Etapa Națională 2025 will be revealed on January 13.

Teleradio Moldova has confirmed that the participants in the auditions round of the Moldovan selection for Eurovision 2025 will be announced on January 13. In a statement released on Eurovision.md, the broadcaster explains that the artists will be announced on January 13 after 16:00 local time.

The live auditions stage is set to take place on January 18 in TRM’s studio no. 2. The song submission window has closed on December 27, and the entries are currently being reviewed before the participants are announced.

After the live auditions, a jury will select ten acts that will proceed to the live final stage, scheduled on February 22. In the final of Selecția Națională 2025, the winner will be determined by 50% televoting and 50% jury voting.

Natalia Barbu performed “In The Middle” in Semi-Final One of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Moldova placed 13th in the Semi-Final scoring 20 points.
