Solar developer withdraws Supreme Court case as public opposition halts project

1. Not mentioned is why the public objected to the project. Was the reason “solar bad?” The numbers seem like a positive, but without knowing why the locals objected to the project, it’s hard to say whether it’s justified. My bias says is was dumb Republican bias against solar, but I’m willing to check my bias.
