  1. Russia has probably lost 10,000 experienced tank crew and those replacing them would have had minimal training and zero combat experience.

  2. Obstacle Crossings are one of the most challenging Enabling Actions and armoured formation can do. Having been lucky enough to do a few in my time (edit: in training (not in a tank I had a Bulldog)) they can get pretty tense.

I can only imagine that an opposed Xing at night under fire would be fucking terrifying. Always makes me appreciate armoured engineers, engineer recce and the bridgers who go in first. But that tank run into the bridge is exhilarating. Baton down, dark, fast, fuck me getting goosebumps thinking about it. Fuck doing it for real.

I’m glad that the Russians lost another tank, but for the crew that’s a horrible way to go. Poor stupid bastards.

    Edit: in training.

  3. What a horrid way to go, those narrow escape hatches, and the tank upside down slowly filling with water, or the oxygen running out…

  4. The same thing happened in the first few weeks of the war. There was a swollen Buryat inside that one if I recall correctly

  5. Hope the ukranians dry that shit off and get her rolling east

  6. I am guessing all the safety devices were designed by the same genius who built the auto loader.

  7. Crushed/pinned in the mud upside down by your own tank underwater.

  8. The boy hanging stuck with his sleeve ❤️ almost got out if not stuck

  9. Did this thing slide sideways down the bank and roll over in the water? Seems like rolling a tank over wouldn’t be the easiest task. Before and after.

  10. Bit confused. Why is the tank upside down in one pic and not upside down in others with people clinging to it?

  11. There is what appears to be a maybe alive guy peeping out the open hatch in the first pic. Even looks like he has a mustache lmao, anyone else seeing this?

  12. T-72 tank for sale. Slight water damage. No tread kickers I know what I got.

  13. You wrote “more views” where is the rest of it?

  14. Imagine what will be found in the years and decades to come.
