How many will be dead, or end of life, or beyond fully recovering.
Currently on a 2 year waiting list for ADD. My GP explained that if I went private, any prescription would not be paid for by the NHS and would be 100-150 a month.
How many billions will he provide to fund all that private treatment? And how will he stop resources like surgeons and operating theatres going private, actually doing fewer operations for the same money and this policy making waiting lists worse?
> NHS-funded private care within weeks
So rather than fund the NHS to actually be able to provide the service, it’s all about shifting more and more taxpayer funds towards their mates in the private sector
