I’m not exactly sure what you mean by this question. If you’re asking about a country like Belarus, they allowed staging for Russia pre-war, which allowed troops to come in over two different borders. If you’re talking about NATO countries like Poland and the Baltics, all 4 countries feel threatened and have beefed up their defenses. Anyone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I think Poland now has the most robust military in Europe now because of this war. Poland also took on a ton of refugees at the start, so that also had a large impact on the nation.
There is a ripple effect in large wars like this, and I would say that all neighboring countries have been affected in one way or another. If you were wondering about something more specific, let me know! I’ll do my best.

Economic and migrant issues.
A lot of 1+ mio Russians left the dictatorship and many Ukrainians left the war/attempted genocide.
Many Soviet countries has increased sales of western goods to Russia until we boycott them as well.
Primitive desert dwellers (Iran) can suddenly sell weapons to a country completely unable to make much themself.
North Korea is getting depopulated.

Belarus – Lukashenko is showing signs of developing something resembling a spine, and is no longer wagging happily at whatever Putin says.
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia – They know that if Ukraine falls, they are next.
Finland – joined NATO, q.v. the Baltic states above.
Sweden – no land border, but their joining NATO turns the Baltic sea into NATO lake
Georgia – Most Georgians used to hate Russia. Now they loathe them.
Armenia – would rather cooperate with Azerbadjan than with Russia
Khazakhstan – still cooperating, but like Belarus seems to be carefully increasing the distance
Transnistria – just refused aid from Moldova, would rather freeze than admit they have no future without Russia.
Poland – are ready for an invasion, and will probably not stop before Moscow surrenders?
