  10. I’m watching on catch up, so not seen this yet. But DH has a bet for 5 right guesses and he gets to pick our holiday this year. Macy Gray is his pick, so he’s already 1/5. damn

  12. The studio audience vote was a joke. Toad and Bear were the strongest singers. It happen so often that they vote for a character, not a singer. They are dumb enough to be faithfuls in this series of The Traitors!

    Having said that, Macy Grey being so obviously furious was kind of hilarious!

  19. Initially I thought it was a bit funny but then I got to thinking; is she a free agent or does whatever her contract she’s signed force her onto programs she doesn’t want to be a part of? Are there behind the scene ramifications for her now for being let go at this stage or is it just humiliation from having been the music industry’s darling at one point to now being on a show for those who’s careers are floundering by comparison?

    I know her response was far from ideal and the hosts and editing team did their best to put a positive spin on it.

    But it made me wonder what it would feel like to have excelled in your career of choice to then having to do that same job at almost an entry level role for all to see; if you’ve thin skin it must feel awful. And to then be told youre not the best…

    I have genuine concerns for her mental health. I hope she’s not working under duress.

  22. I thought it was widely accepted that the voting isn’t really real on the masked singer and the order they leave in is actually based on who they can afford to keep for longer etc. ?

  26. Came across Macy Gray at Glastonbury about 25 years ago and amongst some pretty stiff competition she was the most tremendously stoned person I’ve ever seen.

  29. Who even goes on masked singer expecting to win?, The thing I like is how many just seem to have a good time getting to hide behind a persona and try something they usually wouldn’t do, sue Perkins being a great example from memory
