1. Isn’t that a neighborhood of multi millionaires and billionaires. I bet they all have a second and third homes and life for them will pretty much continue as normal.

2. And here class we have the classic example of broken window economics, but the ultra wealthy as the ship owner.

   Side note, those that are not ultra wealthy are affected too and it’s really tragic.

3. Zuckerberg could cover this all by himself and still have $61 billion left over. Or California could do a one time 20 percent tax on top 4 billionaires in California (Zuckerberg, Ellison, Page, Brin) to cover the $150 billion and they would still have $450 billion to live on. Astounding!

4. My area wasn’t affected. Will my property skyrocket in value?
