The official House Prices Index in Cyprus recorded an increase of 2.7% in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the same quarter of 2023, noting an annual increase for the 11th consecutive quarter, according to provisional estimate of the Cyprus Statistical Service (CyStat).
The HPI for the third quarter of 2024 amounts to 113.62 units.
