Remove the metallic strips from the wings & tail, pack it with explosives and send it back

I don’t get this decoy. It can’t cost much more to load it with explosives. So why work with decoys?
Fly it like a decoy. If it gets through, use it on a target.
Only reason I can come up with is to reduce explosions when it gets hit so it can distract for longer.
Can I have one? Then again, I’ve got better. It’s America. Mine doesn’t have explosives (and I don’t want that), I assume it’s smaller too, but one of the reason we’re going to win against Russia is because of people like me. Force me to serve, I’m irregular.
Left wing almost falling off of the UAV. It’s not undamaged.
looks a bit like a Buran, the rip-off Space Shuttle that wasn’t that much of a success (but spawned the Myriya!).
Remember the downed F117? Well I guess that is as a tape now, and they apply it to the leading edge. They are like the chinese stolen technology for sure.
