I know a guy who has a small apartment there (bought back in 2010-2015, don’t remember), with mortgage. One week of WEF paid for the year of mortgage.
Are the politicians attending the WEF renting these places?

Check on holiday accommodations in Davos/surrounding (booking.com f.e.) for Jan 20 – 24. Wild!
Same procedure as every year. Endless greed, while the bill for the security of the event is largely footed by the taxpayers.
It’s a price for a month. In fact, it’s 500.- per night, which is expensive but not exceptional in Switzerland. Just wait for the airbnb offers for 2K per night.
