very good everything that is there can’t be in Ukraine.🇺🇦💪and Finland can prepare defend.
Russia might be talking big, but currently their manpower on the border is 10 percent of what it was before Finland joined NATO – They’ve only got empty boots on the ground.
With what🤔
Mostly it just building new buildings and infra. As a Finn, i would be welcome to having 100k russians stationed across the border as it would mean those soldiers are not in Ukraine.
But they don’t have that, russia has a token force on the border because they know that NATO is not a threat (the 5th article cannot be invoked when attacking). They have contractors building stuff to employ them and to make it appear like russia is still strong, which it isn’t.
Also, Kyiv Independent article from September 2023 already said the same: [*Russia investing in military bases along Finnish border*](https://kyivindependent.com/finnish-news-russia-investing-in-military-bases-along-finnish-border/). This is nothing new.
Don’t forget the Akakurtti air base they have been upgrading and rebuilding since 2014/2015.

Very close to Finland…
Ah, yes. And
wait a minute
That’s like Canada deploying their military along the Alaska border because England decided they want Canada back.
It is nonsense on its face, in several ways.
If Finland are able they should donate some weapons to hit it
As a Finn I’d like to see way, way more Russian troops and equipment right behind the Finnish border, that way they can’t hurt the innocents.
What worries me is what would Finland do with all those prisoners where to keep them.
