At the recent FIVB Congress which was held in Porto, Portugal, Branko Vlahovic, the recently elected president of the Malta Volleyball Association, has been nominated and approved as a member of FIVB Development Commission for the coming four years.
This is not the first international appointment of Vlahovic.
In the past years he served as a member of the CEV Beach Volleyball Commission and one of the CEV Technical Supervisors during the organization of the CEV European Cups games.
Vlahovic also served as vice president and secretary general of CEV Small Countries Zonal Association.
