The only people mad at DEI are the white losers in small town America.
Deep down, they know that they are at the bottom of the food chain. They HAVE to feel superior to someone, their weak minds can’t accept reality otherwise.
So they choose to feel inherently superior to brown people solely because they are white. They feel superior to women simply because they have a penis. They didn’t do anything or achieve anything to make them superior. They just are.
So when they see women and POCs doing well in the world, it breaks their brain. They would have to accept that being white doesn’t make them superior and they really are at the bottom of the social food chain.
Instead, they blame DEI. DEI is giving minorities and women an unfair advantage and punishing white folks. The reality is that even if we decided to only hire white males from now on, the top companies in the country are still not hiring you or your kids because you are not smart or good enough.
There are big city white kids that will school you. Want your kids to succeed? Grow a pair and tell them to move out of the small town and head to the big city and be educated by people who aren’t you or your friends.
