Half my heating broke down completely. There's 16-18 degrees in half the rooms (the other rooms radiate some heat luckily). We have high precision temperature sensors. Problem: the landlord looked around the affected rooms in a winter jacket, dissed us for being unorganized, and then said it feels like 24 degrees so he doesn't see any issues. Question: how can I get a certified temperature measurement to avoid further disagreement?
Additionally, previously I overheard the electrician saying that something is dangerous in the fuse box. I think he meant these screws, which seems like a huge hack to disable some relays. (Which are by the way related to the heating.) Again, how can I get a certified paper saying that this is a possibly dangerous setup? Hopefully from the same person who can certify the temperature.
