  1. edit: on my payslip im only getting paid for timeløn, cause i thought im supposed to get paid normtimer + timeløn, does that mean my employer is screwing me over?

  2. Normtimer is the amount of hours you worked.
Timeløn is the amount you will be paid for each hour worked.

Mind if I ask what you do for work?

  3. It seems to me that you would have to multiple the timeløn by number of normtimer/hours. But an hourly pay of 50 kroner sounds like bullshit

  4. Normtimer is the amount of hours you are expected to work per week. I’m assuming you are on an 8 hour per week contract.

Timeløn means salary per hour, however it says timeløn 1, so it could mean something else on your sheet.

I would guess it means your salary without bonuses ( for weekends/holidays where it may be higher), but that’s just a guess.

You say you get paid for 50.50 hours, it may be that Timeløn 1 registers the number of actual hours worked, at the base salary ( called Timeløn1).

If so, paying you for just timeløn 1 would be correct, as you are paid for the number of actual hours worked, and the fact that you are contracted for 32 is irrelevant.

How much did you actually work is the real question?

  5. Im fairly certain that the specification ‘normtid’ is the amount of hours your employer is looking for you to fill in 1 payslip cycle, and the timeløn specification is how many hours you have had in this cycle.

  6. “Normtimer” is the amount of hours you are hired per month (if it’s a monthly payslip) If you are a full time employee, this will say 160,33 – which is 37 hours per week.

You are getting paid for 50,50 hours at 115 kr. per hour. 🙂

  7. How many hours did you work total? to me it looks like the ATP is measured from 82,5 hours work. however, it looks like you don’t get anything for 32 of the hours. I don’t understand why other people in this thread says that it might be the amount of hours that you’re expected to be working, because why would that be on your payslip? That’s supposed to be part of your employment agreement.

So did you work 82,5 hours total or 50,5? because if it’s the 50,5 you worked, everything looks fine. I still don’t understand why “Normtimer” is listed here though.
