  1. I remember back in the 80s we had the “Presidential Fitness Challenge” in school. Where there was a bunch of requirements, which was like X number of pushups, pull ups, sit ups, and I think running a mile in under 8 minutes.

If you did all that, you’d get a certificate signed by Ronald Reagan and Arnold Schwarzenegger

  2. Dang you can tell he’s finally getting old, mentally, he seems slowed. I appreciate him for his legacy and his honesty in his own triumphs and fuckups, shame to see him grow old even though he’s earned it

  3. I read this as FOR helping presidents shape up and thought Arnold saw a need…

  4. No excuses! My wife and I lost our home and living at a run down motel. I work out almost everyday. I have a resistance belt that use for strength training and use the steps to work on my back arms and shoulders. I also do push ups and various other exercises.
I do this for 20-30 minutes each day. In 30 days I noticed a big difference. In 90 days I felt stronger than when I was 18, and I’m 50 years old!

  5. No respect for a guy clearly on steroids for years and denied it.

  6. Started in the early 1960s. Looking back it was to get us in shape for the Vietnam draft.
