Shock – the government wants to tighten their grip over people’s lives under the guise of ‘preventing harm’.
It’s frightening how little push-back there has been to this regulation… the UK an ever less appealing place to be (and that’s not because of a few nasty things floating around online).
I’m really getting fed up of this. I’m tired of people trying to make laws and legislations for things they don’t quite understand.
The problem with these laws is they only apply to British soil. A simple VPN would bypass this and the government just can’t ban VPNs as lots of private businesses require the use of VPNs to even function.
It’s a proven fact that these laws were only brought up because of very bad parents. They expect electronic devices like smartphones and tablets to be their babysitters which they definitely shouldn’t.
I didn’t get a smartphone until I was 16. but that up to my parents, not the government.
