  1. People who have been convicted of crimes should not be able to bring these cases.

  2. You’d have to wonder what the solicitor representing him is up to here. If he loses, this lad won’t have the money to settle the bill. He was trespassing and the owner had a legally held weapon.

  3. Trespassers suing for injuries is beyond a joke. Especially when they’re criminal dirt birds.

  4. Just to nail my colours to the mast to avoid any confusion. The barrister was dead right and the trespassing, badger baiting scumbags for the architects of their own misery.

To put it in modern slang-they fucked around and found out.

I take a look at the picture in the article link above, there is a part of me that wonders was that the only picture the newspaper could get. It’s nearly designed to induce rage and anger, and shift newspapers.

I doubt the scum will get very far with this case. It has already been accepted that the barrister was acting in self defence during the criminal trial. From what I have read the person that was killed was the only one that got shot or hit. So I imagine the scum is looking for some type of emotional damages or something.

Good luck with that, I hope the civil court that hears the case will require the scumbag to leave a bond covering any potential costs.

  5. In fairness he was so traumatised he hasn’t worked since.
