I believe TDS refers to Trump being deranged. Most of MAGA has the same disease (also known as dead-from-the-neck-up syndrome) too.
Whenever someone accuses me of having “TDS” or having Trump “live rent-free in your head,” I do a very simple google search for images of Trump supporters, and respond back with the results link.
